1971, Kiev, Ukraine. Graduated with honors from the P.I. Tchakovsky National Academy of Music in Ukraine and between 1995 and 1998 completed his education at the Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía with Professor Dimitri Bashkirov, Head of the Banco Santander Foundation Piano Chair. At present he is Accompany Piano Professor at the Violin Chair of that School and Piano Professor at the Katarina Gurska Music Teaching Center. Vadim Gladkov has won several international prizes; among them, IX Da Ciudade do Porto Piano Competition, I N. Lysenko; International Competition in Kiev, Minsk Springtime Piano Competition, VII Grieg International Competition in Oslo, IX José Iturbi Competition in Valencia, III Premi Principat d'Andorra Competition, among others. Has offered concerts in his country, Ukraine and in Germany, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Japan, France, Mongolia, Holland, Norway, England, Italy, etc. and has recorded for SONY and NAXOS.

Kulibaev, Erzhan

Born in Dzhezkazgan (Russia) in 1986, Erzhan Kulibaev started his violin studies when he was six years old with Professor N. M. Patrusheva at the "Kuliash Baisetova" Special School of Music in the city of Alma Ata. Since 1999 he continued his education at the Special School of Music, associated to the Moscow Conservatory with professor A. V. Revich. Since the 2004-2005 academic year is completing his education at the Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía under the tutorship of Professor Zakhar Bron, Head of the "Fundación Telefónica" Department of Violin. He enjoys a Tuition Scholarship from Fundación Albéniz and MAE-AECI. He has been awarded with the prize for the best student of the chair by the Queen of Spain. As a student of this School, he is member of the Siemens Chamber Orchestra that has been conducted by Maestros Antoni Ros-Marbà, Péter Csaba and Max Valdés. While at this School he has participated in Master Classes by Silvia Marcovici, Peter Frankl, Gyorgy Pauk, Kolja Blacher and Ralf Gothoni. He has also participated in the Encuentro de Música y Academia de Santader in 2005. Erzhan Kulibaev was Second Prizewinner at the "Nadezhda 98" International Youth Competitions held in the cities of Krasnoyarsk and Zaporozhye. He also received a First Grade Diploma at the Virtuosi of the XXI Century Competition held in 2001 in Moscow and was First Prizewinner at the "Demidov" International Violin Competition in Ekaterinburg (2003). In 2006 he has been First Prizewinner in the II International Competicion of Violin in Lisboa where he has also played a recital as the best player of the obligatory work from Fernando Lopes Graça. As soloist he has appeared in the Moscow's Conservatory halls, "A.P. Borodin" Hall and in several museums. He has also played with the Kazakhstan Orchestra's "Academy of Soloists", the National Symphony Orchestra of Opera and Ballet of the city of Astana, State Symphony Orchestra of Kazakhstan. BASN Chamber Orchestra of Ekaterinburg and Academic Capella Chamber Orchestra of St. Petersburg.
