He was born in Iruñea (Spain) in 1995, and began his musical studies in violin at age six at the Conservatory of Music in Irun, with Professor Raffaela Acella, who trained him until the end of the Intermediate Level. He has also received chamber music classes, being a member of the Egunsentia Quartet and, since ten years old, he has been at summer courses of Astorga and Llanes with the professor José Ramón Hevia. In addition, he has received master classes of professors as Pablo González, Evgueni Grach, Keiko Wataya, Paul Silverthorne, Cyrus Forough and Ilya Kaler. He's a student of the School of Music Reina Sofía from the 2010-2011 academic year at the Chair of Violin, with Head Professor Ana Chumachenko. Enjoys Tuition Scholarship of Albéniz Foundation. In 2004 he won the first prize in Category B of the Permanent Competition of Young Performers. In 2009 he was winner of the regional phase held at the Arriaga Bilbao Theatre, which led him to be the representative of the Basque Autonomous Community in Madrid to participate in the VIII National Interpretation Contest Intercentros Melómano, which won First Prize and Best Performer Award of String. He has been part of the Symphony Orchestra of Irún, which he played as concertmaster, and he has performed as soloist with the Youth Orchestra of the Conservatory of Irún and the Municipal Band of Irún. Also he participated in the International Summer Course Solsona in 2008 and a year later, he formed part of the Summer Courses "Bilbao Arte eta Kultura X Topaketak" as a violin student.
