Ricart Asensi, Vicente

He was born in Valencia (Spain) in 1988. He began studying trumpet at age eight with Vicente Arrué in Bétera. Later he moved to the Conservatory of Valencia to study Middle Level with professors Juan José Llimerá and Vicente Navarro. He studied at the Conservatory of Valencia and is titular member of the Youth Orchestra of the Generalitat Valenciana. Since the 2009-2010 academic year is a student at the Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía in the Horn Chair Fundación "la Caixa" with Head Professor Radovan Vlatkovic. Enjoys a Tuition Scholarship Albéniz Foundation and CEIM and a Residence Scholarship Valencian Institute of Music. He has received master classes of horn players like Miguel Martínez Megías, Juan José Llimerá, Luis Morató, Raúl Díaz, Will Sanders, Miguel Torres, Vicente Zarzo, Salvador Navarro, Stefan Dohr, Bernardo Cifres, José Chanza, Manuel Faus and Radek Baborak. He has won the XII National Competition for Young Performers Játiva City. He collaborates with the School Orchestra Symphony of Madrid, with the Youth Orchestra of Cataluña, the Palestine Youth Orchestra and the Spanish Radio and Television Symphony. In 2008 he became part of the bag of musicians from the National Youth Orchestra of Spain. As a student of the School, is a member of the Sony Chamber Orchestra, conducted by Gilbert Varga and Jaime Martín, Freixenet Symphony, under the baton of Jesús López Cobos, and of the Camerata E.ON de la Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía, under the direction of Wolfram Christ. He also forms part of the Hindemith Quintet at the Winds Department of the International Institute of Chamber Music in Madrid.

Skuratov, Albert

Started his musical education at the Children's School of Music and continued at the Kazan Special School of Music. Since the 2005-2006 academic year she is a student of the Reina Sofía School of Music at the Violin Chair, sponsored by Fundación Teléfonica, with Professor Zakhar Bron, Head of the Chair. Albert Skuratov enjoys a tuition scholarship from MAE-AECI and from the Albéniz Foundation as well as a residence scholarship from MAE-AECI. As student of the Reina Sofía School he is a member of the Siemens Chamber Ochestra that has been conducted by Maestros Péter Csaba, Max Valdés, Jordi Savall, Antoni Ros-Marbà and Jesús López Cobos. Additionally he has participated in master classes with Gyorgy Pauk, Kolja Blacher and Ralf Gothoni. In 2000 he was Third Prizewinner of the "All-Russian" Competition for young talents and also obtained a special diploma at the 2001 Jeunesses Musicales International Competition in Bucharest. In 2002 was distinguished with the "All Russian" Youth Assembly of Arts Competition in Moscow.

He was born in La Pobla Llarga (Spain) in 1987. He began his studies at age eight. He studied at the Mestre Vert Conservatory of Carcaixent (Valencia), where he received a special award of Intermediate level in 2003-2004 academic year. Later, he studied the higher degree at the Joaquín Rodrigo Conservatory of Valencia, where he also received a Special Award and the Eutherpe Award for the best record of his course. Since the 2009-2010 academic year is a student at the Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía in the Chair of Bassoon with Head Professor Klaus Thunemann, in which he received from Her Majesty Queen a Mention of Outstanding Student during 2009-2010. Enjoys a Tuition Scholarship of the Albéniz Foundation and a Residence Scholarship of the Institut Valencià de la Música. In the same year, he received bassoon master classes of Professor Stefan Schweigert. In 2005-2007 he agreed as a member of the Youth Orchestra of Cataluña, conducting symphonic meetings with professors like John Orford, David Tomás, Guillermo Salcedo and Silvia Coricelli and with conductors such as Manel Valdivieso, Salvador Mas or Lutz Köhler. He has also conducted chamber meetings with the Miró Quintet or the Albión Ensemble. He was a member of the Orchestra of the University of Valencia, under the direction of Cristóbal Soler and member of the Youth Orchestra of Castellón, directed by Sergi Alapont. In 2009 he participated with the National Youth Orchestra of Spain and of the Encounter of Music and Academy of Santander in 2009. As a student of the School, is part of Sony Chamber Orchestra under the baton of Peter Eötvös and Freixenet Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Peter Csaba. He is also member of the Baroque Group, Poulenc Quintet and Velázquez Group of the International Institute of Chamber Music of Madrid with Professor Hansjörg Schellenberger.

Traver Castello, Raúl

He was born in Burriana (Spain) in 1986. He studied at the Conservatory of Castellón with Professor Vicente Puchol. Since 2005 he received lectures of his professor Venancio Rius and in 2009 won a scholarship to study with the Master Yehuda Gilad at the University of Southern of California. He's a student of the School of Music Reina Sofía from the 2010-2011 academic year at the Department of Clarinet, with Head Professor Michel Arrignon. Enjoys a Tuition Scholarship of the Albéniz Foundation and Jaime Castellanos and a Residence Scholarship of the Albéniz Foundation. He has won numerous competitions as the international competitions of Clarinet Allegro in 2003, 2004 and 2005 and the Young Performers Ciudad de Liria. He also won national competitions such as the Conservatory of Castellón Prize or "Adelina Domingo" Award in the Chamber Music Competition Ciudad de Benifayó. He has performed as soloist in the III International Musical Festival of Clarinet of China in Beijing, among others, and has played with orchestras such as Col legno, the Conservatoire de la Vall d'Uxó (Castellón), Orchestra of Liria or with the Castellnovo Symphonic Bands. He has also performed at prominent venues in Europe, America and Asia as the Music Palau in Barcelona, National Auditorium in Madrid and Beijing University, among many others. Since 2010, is a member of the Wind's group, Music Harmony of International Institute of Chamber Music, under the direction of Professor Hansjörg Schellenberger.
