Kashefi, Ariana

Born in London (United Kingdom) in 1991. She studied in the Junior Department of the Royal Academy of Music with Robert Max. She is currently at the Royal College of Music where she studies with Melissa Phelps. At college Ariana also won the Anna Shuttleworth cello prize and was chosen as a 'rising star'. As a soloist and a chamber musician, Ariana has performed in many venues including the Wigmore Hall and the Cadogan Hall. She has been principal cello with the Royal College of Music Philharmonic and the Chamber Orchestra, and has played in orchestras with conductors Vladimir Jurowski and Bernard Haitink. In 2012 participated in the Encuentro de Música y Academia de Santander.

Jong, Marie-Louise de

Born in Roermond (Netherlands), in 1992. At the age of 5 she started violin lessons with Melanie Engelen in Roermond and after she took viola lessons of Joanne Wigmans. She began her studies at the Maastricht Conservatory in 2009 with Marc Tooten. During her studies she was the section leader of viola of the National Youth Orchestra of the Netherlands and became a member of the Gustav Mahler Jugendorchester. She took part in several masterclasses, among others the Orlando Festival in Kerkrade, where she performed as a soloist with the Youth Orchestra of the festival in 2010 and the Gustav Mahler Academy in Bolzano, in Italy.

She was born in Madrid (Spain) in 1991. She studied at the Italian Liceo in Madrid and Adolfo Salazar Conservatory, where she made the professional degree, with Professor Dionisio Rodríguez. She also received classes from professors as Eva Martín, Laura Herrero, Iván Martín and Jean Philippe Vasseur, among others. She's a student at the School of Music Reina Sofía from 2010-2011 academic year, in the Chair of Viola BBVA Foundation, with Head Professor Diemut Poppen. Enjoys a Tuition Scholarship of the Department of Education of the Community of Madrid and Albéniz Foundation. In 2004 she won the City of Toledo Awarsd in the VII Toledo Provincial Competition for Strings Instruments. Similarly, in 2008 she received the First Prize in the IX and X Chamber Music Competition of her Conservatory and in 2009 the Honors Prize and Honorable Mention in the specialty of viola at the Conservatory of Music Adolfo Salazar, among other awards. In her orchestral experience highlights her participation in 2006 with the Jeune Orchestre Athlantique, under the direction of Sigiswald Kuijken, with the Sphera AntiQva, between 2007 and 2009, or with the National Youth Orchestra of Spain in 2010, as titular violist conducted by Cristóbal Halffter. Recently she has collaborated with the Orchestra of the Community of Madrid and the Andrés Segovia Chamber Orchestra, among others. As a student of the School is part of Sony Sony Chamber Orchestra, conducted by Alejandro Posada in November 2010, and the Camerata E.ON of Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía, with which appeared in December 2010 under the baton of Hansjörg Schellenberger. Also she is member of Scarlatti of Casa de la Moneda Group, with Professor of Strings Groups, Heime Müller.

She studies violin at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris with Olivier Charlier. She also studies at the Graz Music University with Boris Kuschnir, and has been selected to attend the Ozawa International Academy in Switzerland. She has won many national prizes. She won third prize at the Torùn International Competition in Poland. She has played in many countries in Europe and in venues such as the the Salle Gaveau in Paris. She has also performed at the Roque d'Anthéron festival, and the Salzburg festival. In 2012 she participated in the Encuentro de Música y Academia de Santander.

Born in Tashkent, Uzbekistán in 1974. He began his piano studies at the age of five with Natalia Wasinkina. At the age of twelve won the 'Young Russian Pianists' competition, held in Tiflis, and the 'Praga Radio Concertino' at age fourteen. Studied at the la Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía in Madrid with professor Dimitri Bashkirov. His professional career started after his triumph at the XI 'Santander International Piano Competition' in 1992, and has led him to perform with the best Spanish and international orchestras, such as New York Philharmonic, Cleveland Orchestra, Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Minnesota Orchestra, Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, St. Louis Symphony Orchestra, Detroit Symphony Orchestra, Houston Symphony, Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal, Berliner Symphoniker, WDR Sinfonieorchester Köln Radio, Sinfonieorchester Stuttgart des SWR, Orchestre de Paris, Santa Cecilia di Roma, Gulbenkian in Lisbon and Vienna Chamber Orchestra. Mr. Nebolsin has appeared in recitals in Zurich's Tonhalle, the Kennedy Center in Washington, the Roy Thompson Hall in Toronto, Carnegie Hall in Nueva York – where he premiered the works of composer Octavio Vázquez -, Herkuless Saal in Munich, Théâtre Chatelet de París, Musikhalle in Hamburg, etc. He currently teaches Chamber Music at the Instituto Internacional de Música de Cámara de Madrid. He has performed as a soloist with the Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra, Estonia Philharmonic conducted by Dimitri Alexev, Orquesta de la Radio Televisión Española, Orquesta de la Comunidad de Madrid, Radio-Sinfonieorchester Stuttgart, Kammerorchester Berlin, Brandenburgisches Staatsorchester Frankfurt/Oder and Dresdner Kammerphilharmonie. In the year 2005, he was awarded First Prize and Best performance with orchestra Prize at the International Piano Competition 'SVIATOSLAV RICHTER' in Moscow. Among his recordings, particularly remarkable are a CD for DECCA with Chopin and Liszt solo piano works, and another of Choopin's piano and orchestra works recorded with Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester under Vladimir Ashkenazy. Recital appearances have taken him to the main cities in Russia (Moscow, Kiev and Samara), a tour with the Real Orquesta Sinfónica de Sevilla and concerts with Saint Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Maestro Yuri Temirkanov. Besides his activity as a soloist, Mr. Nebolsin performs chamber music alongside musicians Julian Rachlin, Alexey Ougrinchouk, Jan-Eric Gustafsohn, Erato Quartett and Latica Honda-Rosenberg, with whom he has recorded two Prokofiev sonatas for the Artenova label.
