Valencia (Spain), 1974. Started his studies with Gabriel Teruel and entered the Joaquín Rodrigo Conservatory in Valencia in the Department of Perfecto García Chornet and continued his studies with Luca Chiantore at the Duetto School of Music in Valencia where he also was assistant professor. Studied at the Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore (U.S.A.) at the Leon Fleisher Department. He later continued his studies at the Reina Sofía School of Music with Dimitri Bashkirov, Head of the Piano Chair, sponsored by the Banco Santander Foundation. Since the 2001-2002 academic year he is Accompany Piano Professor of the Double Bass Chair, sponsored by Banesto, with Professor Duncan McTier. He took training courses with Salomon Mikowski, Roberto Bravo, Fernando Puchol, E. Naoumoff, Ralf Nattkemper, Rosalyn Tureck, Murray Perahia, Josep Colom and Fou Ts'ong. Also, for two years he studied at the Robert Schumann Piano Academy in Lausanne (Switzerland). He was distinguished at the Maria Montiel Competition in Linares and at the Paper de Música de Capellades with the Valentia Trio. He was pianist with the Valencia Municipal Orchestra and participated in the III Mediterranean Festival in Cullera as well as in the First Festival of Music in Nice. In 2010 has participated in the Preludio series at the Sony Auditorium in Madrid.
